Child Rapist, Serial Child Abuser Arrested Illegally Re-Entering California

San Diego Sector Border Patrol agents arrested two previously deported felons after they illegally crossed the border into the sanctuary state of California. The arrest came in two separate incidents and involved Mexican nationals with convictions for child rape in California and Child Abuse with Serious Physical Injury in North Carolina.

Deported Sex Offender Apprehended Crossing California Border

El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents continue to arrest previously deported sex offenders trying to make their way into the sanctuary state of California. So far this year, agents in the sector arrested and removed 21 illegal immigrants who were either convicted or wanted for sexual assault charges after they re-entered the U.S.

Deported Sex Offender Busted After Illegal Re-Entry

El Paso Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a previously deported child sex offender after he illegally re-entered the U.S. in far West Texas. The man now faces 48 years in prison for an early release violation and federal prosecution for illegal re-entry after removal as a sex offender. The man’s victim was under the age of 13, officials stated.
