Trump Hails Post-Brexit Trade Deal in United Nations Address

Addressing the United Nations in New York Tuesday in a speech which included wide-ranging comments on growing global trade, U.S. President Donald Trump hailed the “exceptional” new trade deal he was looking forward to concluding with the United Kingdom after it leaves the European Union.

Teachers Criticize New York City High School’s Unwritten ‘No-Fail Policy’

Teachers at Maspeth High School in Queens, New York, say there is an unwritten “no-fail policy” at the high school prohibiting them from flunking their students — even if they don’t show up to class. As a result, the high school has enjoyed a 98 percent graduation rate, and was even awarded a National Blue Ribbon in 2018, an honor that one teacher described as laughable.
