Andrew Yang’s Wikipedia Page Was Created by His Own Marketing Team

Early in 2017, just months before 2020 Democratic Presidential candidate Andrew Yang announced his resignation as head of his non-profit firm Venture for America, the organizations’s Marketing Manager, Katie Bloom, created his Wikipedia page. No affiliation was disclosed, potentially violating the site’s Terms of Use.

University of Akron Turning Point USA VP: Campus Politics Is Based on Feelings – Including Human Trafficking

University of Akron student and Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter vice president Sophia Fisher told Breitbart News that human trafficking is “currently the fastest-growing crime in the world, with over 40.3 million people trapped in it.” Fisher joined SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily host Alex Marlow in a Wednesday interview in which the two discussed the topic, as well as the impact that open border policies have on it.

Dickinson College Students Vote to Ban Israeli Hummus

Dickinson College students voted recently to suspend the sale of Sabra brand hummus at campus dining facilities after student protesters linked the Israel-based company to the Israeli Defense Force. Dickinson rejected the student’s vote, stating that it has not joined boycotts of Israel in the past and “reject the current call for boycott on the same grounds.”

Lyft Forms ‘Safety Advisory Council’ in Response to Sexual Assault of Passengers

Ride-sharing company Lyft is reportedly putting together a council of experts to advise the company on various safety initiatives for passengers. The “Safety Advisory Council” is being formed in response to many problems between drivers and passengers, including the rape and sexual assault of women — 14 rape victims have sued Lyft claiming their drivers sexually assaulted them.

Facebook Bug Undermines Greta Thunberg’s Dad Claiming She’s Not Scripted

A recent bad code update on Facebook allowed anyone to see which accounts posted Facebook Pages, including those of celebrities and politicians. Among the pages exposed by the bug was teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg, whose posts are often authored by her father Svante Thunberg or Adarsh Prathap, an Indian climate change activist.
